Bustle is also brown velvet, with a cream colored supioni silk ruffle around the edge, and three matching buttons, covered in the same cream colored dupioni silk. Hat is also brown velvet, with cream colored lace around it, with a cream colored bow and matching buttons covered in cream dupioni silk.
